Welcome to the Trek-LIVESTRONG Development Team. Created as a project to help develop the next generation of great young cyclists, the Trek-LIVESTRONG Team features top up and coming talent, including national champion and US Olympian Taylor Phinney and leadership from ten time Tour de France rider Axel Merckx, son of the great Belgian Eddie Merckx. This year, in an effort to support Lance's historic return to professional cycling and the launch of worldwide cancer campaign, the team will proudly wear LIVESTRONG on their jerseys, helping to spread awareness for the global cancer fight.

The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) fights for the 28 million people around the world living with cancer today. There can be - and should be - life after cancer for more people. That's why the LAF kicks in at the moment of diagnosis, giving people the resources and support they need to fight cancer head-on. The LAF finds innovative ways to raise awareness, fund research and end the stigma about cancer that many survivors face.
